Vision and Vigour Coaching
Cathy’s professional journey has spanned education, human resources, leadership, and coaching — but at the heart of it all has been one driving force: her passion for empowering others through change. Having navigated her own life transitions and reinventions, Cathy brings both lived experience and deep expertise to the women she now supports through the WISE Women Project.
With a calm presence and a strategic mind, Cathy combines the insight of a Certified NLP Trainer with the heart of a coach who truly gets it. Her approach is grounded in empathy, clarity, and practical tools — helping women reconnect with who they are, what they value, and where they want to go next. She believes that with the right support and space to grow, every woman can lead her life with purpose and power.
Through WISE Women Project, Cathy is committed to holding space for real conversations, courageous shifts, and meaningful momentum — so women can stop drifting and start directing the next chapter of their lives with confidence.

With over 30 years of experience as an occupational therapist, Vivian Crick brings both the art and science of transformation to everything she does. Her work has always centred on one mission: helping people rediscover quality of life — through injury, illness, transition, or the sheer complexity of being human.
Vivian is a Master NLP Practitioner and Trainer, Coach, and Speaker known for her calm, grounded presence and her deeply intuitive approach to mindset, resilience, and identity work. She draws not only from professional mastery but from her own lived experience navigating breast cancer, grief, reinvention, and leadership.
Her coaching philosophy is rooted in empathy, simplicity, and honest connection. She helps women make meaning from life’s turning points, gently guiding them toward strength, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.
At WISE Women Project, Vivian brings a steady hand and a powerful belief: that every woman holds the wisdom to lead her life — and sometimes just needs the space to remember it.
FAQS
The WISE Women Project is a coaching-led movement created by two women — Vivian Crick and Cathy Halat — who’ve walked through change, transition, and reinvention themselves. It’s a space where women come to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the version of themselves they may have lost touch with. Through tools, coaching, community, and courses, we help women lead their lives with Wholeness, Integrity, Self-Leadership, and Empowerment.
This is for women who feel like they’ve drifted from themselves — often after life shifts like career burnout, parenting identity shifts, health challenges, relationship changes, or “quiet discontent.” You might not be in crisis, but something inside is nudging: There’s more for me than this. We work with women who want clarity, confidence, and a grounded way forward — in life, work, or both.
Not at all. While many of our women are juggling leadership roles — in business, family, or community — WISE is for any woman ready to lead herself. You don’t need a title to belong here. You just need a willingness to grow, reflect, and take ownership of your next steps.
Our foundational mini-course, WISE Women Lead, includes six short, high-impact video lessons — each one focused on a key mindset, NLP tool, or emotional insight.
You’ll learn how to:
- Reframe limiting beliefs
- Regulate your nervous system
- Align your decisions with your values
- Anchor back into calm and clarity
Plus, you’ll get reflection prompts and simple tools to apply immediately. It’s self-paced, practical, and designed for real women with real lives.
This isn’t a high-pressure fix-it program. We don’t believe you’re broken. This is co-created space with lived experience, grounded tools, and compassionate guidance. We blend NLP, mindset coaching, and real-life leadership with our own stories of navigating health, reinvention, motherhood, grief, and comeback. This work is subtle, deep, and personal — and we walk beside you every step.
You’re not alone in feeling that. That’s actually part of what we teach — how to pause, reclaim time for you, and stop drifting in directions you didn’t choose. Our programs are flexible, and the mini-course is completely self-paced. Even 10 minutes a week can shift your momentum.
Yes. We each offer coaching and mentoring sessions separately and together, depending on your needs. If you’d like tailored support, we’d love to have a conversation and explore what’s right for you.
Yes. We honour each woman’s story, identity, and lived experience. We are inclusive, trauma-aware, and committed to creating an environment of kindness, consent, and non-judgement. We lead with care, and we coach with integrity.
The easiest place to begin is our mini-course — WISE Women Lead. It’s short, impactful, and will give you immediate tools. From there, you can explore our coaching offers, round table conversations, or connect with us directly.
